1.  first you would need foundation and a primer for the eyes  
2. I would recommend  the urban decay deluxe shadow box for the eyes
3. apply the eyeshadow and blend the colours and add glitter
4. add the false eyelashes
5. put on the purple lipstick
6. put on ice FX frostbite
7. put on powder to set the look
